In this role, you will work closely with patients and their families, delivering high-quality care and support during recovery processes, ongoing illness, or at end-of-life stages. You'll collaborate with skilled professionals to ensure holistic treatment and rehabilitation. Maintain accurate patient records and participate in activities for quality assurance and improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in a hospital or home health setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in using electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
