Job Overview We are seeking a motivated individual for approximately 20 hours of weekly time. The ideal candidate will be involved in the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support. Responsibilities - Coordinate office activities related to our business. - Customer relations. Initial coordination and support. - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) - Create and update records and databases with personnel, our operating software, and other data - Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary - Support budgeting and our bookkeeping activity. Skills Quality work ethic. Find enjoyment in contributing and being part of solutions. Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
