Strong writing skills are important.Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines efficiently.Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.What We’re Looking For:A Paralegal or Legal Assistant with 5+ years’ (ideally) experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm setting and with an interest in business, civil, family, probate, trust and estate law.A strong communicator who can help people navigate difficult circumstances with kindness, and empathyFoundational writing and organizational skills.Strong business and professional acumen.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with or willingness to learn case management and legal software.Employee Benefits OverviewMy client is committed to offering a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, well-being, and financial security of its employees. Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Trial Tech (Hot Seat): Full Time The ideal candidate has 2+ years of law firm experience working as a paralegal, hot seat tech, litigation support tech, or similar experience. Other tech proficient candidates will also be considered. Training is available.The candidate must be willing and available to travel. Weekend and overtime work is required as needed. Salary is commensurate with skill set and experience. Company offered benefits and 401k.Preferred skills include:Presentation of multimedia assets using trial presentation software.Evaluate presentation equipment requirements for the courtroom.
