Job Description: AriensCo is seeking a dynamic leader to manage our purchased material planning and inventory management across our US facilities. In this role, you will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while establishing clear goals and optimizing our supply chain for agility and inventory turnover. This position is located in Brillion, WI. THE DAY TO DAY... Manage the purchased material planning and inventory management function across US facilities. Hire, train, and develop the team. Define and create clarity around goals, progress reporting, and ensure team accountability. Establish and own the order management process complete with fulfillment methodology (e-kanban, ROP, PTO, etc.). Ensure purchased materials supply chain is optimized to meet corporate goals for supply chain agility and inventory turns. Engage with suppliers to implement material flow strategies. Participate in quarterly business reviews with suppliers to provide feedback and discuss improvement opportunities. Work in partnership with Operations to ensure ongoing needs are met and constraints are clearly communicated. Implement an inventory management strategy and develop relevant reporting and control processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and share successes with stakeholders. Problem-solve and implement corrective actions for the root causes of all material-related issues. Involve corporate sourcing team with forecast updates, supplier contract issues, quality, and delivery issues. Create and deliver reports on group initiatives to company leadership. THE QUALIFICATIONS... Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required. A minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a Materials planning role required. A minimum of 1 year of experience directly leading others required. Job Description: AriensCo is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong interest in electrifying world class outdoor power equipment while also being at the forefront of developing new technology to drive the future of electrification. The role also supports updating existing engine products. This position will work on projects of increasing complexity based on success and will work with moderate oversight of more experienced engineers. Located in Brillion, WI. THE DAY TO DAY... Develops and provides technical information to other groups as required. These groups would include Design, Tooling, Internal/External Engineering, Sourcing, Testing, Analysis, Manufacturing Engineering, Tech Pubs, Industrial Design, Marketing/Sales, Service Group, and Operations. Supports Platform Engineering group to identify product and customer system level requirements that drive the equipment electrical system design. Leads and participates in technical design reviews related to electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical sub-systems and components that will be used on assigned platform and innovation projects. Coordinates component and sub-system level product testing through test group with clearly written test requests. Leads groups in the application of DFM/DFA in components and assemblies. Prepares, secures, and reviews cost estimates, compiles required cost and equipment information, and writes appropriation requests. Identifies system/component level failures and investigates problems through FMEA and structured root cause analysis such as 8D. Creates electrical system, wiring diagram and schematics using SOLIDWORKS Electrical CAD software. Directs, reviews, and approves work of electrical designer in detailing electrical system documentation. Reviews industry patents related to electrical systems on OPE and create IP to protect and advance company’s interests. Ensures compliance to domestic and international regulatory standards. THE QUALIFICATIONS... Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from a four-year accredited school required. Minimum of 3 years of experience related to the duties outlined. Design for Six Sigma knowledge preferred. Motor drive experience with EMC / EMI knowledge preferred. Knowledge of in digital communication protocols such as CAN bus. Understanding of CANopen and J1939 protocols. Knowledge of vehicle electrification design, architecture, and battery technology applications.
