Overview: Responsible for directing, planning and managing the overall construction project(s) from inception to completion. Ensure the clients requirements are met and projects are completed within assigned schedule and budget and in compliance with Company safety and procedural policies. The duties of a Construction Manager III will vary by client and project size with varying degrees of responsibility and authority. Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate, promote and comply with all Safety policies, goals, vision and campaigns to the project team Must be able to perform all the duties required of a Construction Manager II in addition to Construction Manager III duties Manage the project team with the PM to facilitate an environment for all management and supervision staff to work in a respectful, constructive and positive environment Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the project Oversee construction workers and their supervisors including other Construction Managers Coordinate activities of Construction Managers Foremen and/or construction trade workers in one or more occupations, as well as suppliers and subcontractors Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws Monitor and direct the progress of the construction site Ability to recognize the need for and negotiate Change Orders facilitated by APM/PM. Determine labor requirements for project Monitor budget project costs to ensure project costs are within budget parameters Ensure production schedules are maintained to measure time, production and meet requirements of project Monitor compliance with set regulations Ability to study project cost indexes and change/adapt to benefit the project. Study, communicate, and improve on productivity analysis provided by Project Manager Keep records in a systematic, well-organized fashion Monitor all required paperwork for entire job Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to large employee groups, owners or engineers Maintain and enforce discipline throughout the jobsite Interview, hire and train direct reports, plan, assign and direct work, appraise performance; reward and discipline employees, address complaints and resolve problems Work with the Clients site management team to ensure their expectations are being met and that they are satisfied with a safely constructed and quality-installed product Work with the PM to ensure the Clients expectations are realistically managed and aligned with the agreement and scope of work Other duties as assigned Qualifications: EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (B. Job Description Job Description SUMMER 2025 CHILDREN'S AIDE NEEDED Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center Job Description TITLE OF POSITION: SEKA Children’s Aide QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must pass KBI, SRS child abuse check, adult abuse registry, motor vehicle screen, and background checks. Must have reliable and insured transportation. NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK : Part time position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR): Assist the beneficiary with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with the beneficiary’s mental illness. Activities included must be intended to achieve the identified goals or objectives as set forth in the beneficiary’s individualized treatment plan. The intent of PSR is to restore the fullest possible integration of the beneficiary as an active and productive member of his or her family, community, and/or culture with the least amount of ongoing professional intervention. PSR is a face-to-face intervention with the beneficiary present. Services may be provided individually or in a group setting. The majority of PSR contacts must occur in community locations where the beneficiary lives, works, attends school, and/or socializes. a. Restoration and support with the development of social and interpersonal skills to increase community tenure, enhance personal relationships, establish support networks, increase community awareness, and develop coping strategies and effective functioning in the beneficiary’s social environment including home, work, and school. b. Restoration and support with the development of daily living skills to improve self- management of the negative effects of psychiatric or emotional symptoms that interfere with a beneficiary’s daily living. Supporting the beneficiary with development and implementation of daily living skills and daily routines critical to remaining in home, school, work, and community. c. Implement learned skills so the beneficiary may remain in a natural community location. d. Assist the beneficiary to effectively respond to or avoid identified precursors or triggers that result in functional impairments. e. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or the Executive Director. SERVICE LIMITATIONS: 1. One full-time equivalent (FTE) to eight beneficiaries is the maximum group size for adults. 2. One FTE to four beneficiaries is the maximum group size for youth. 3. Services are limited to beneficiaries who have been discharged within the last 60 days from an institutional level of care.
