If you work full-time, you can earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment. If you work part-time, you are eligible for sick leave. Specifics to This Position Working with kids 18mo-6yrs old with autism in their homes or in one of our centers. Education requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Daily access to reliable transportation. Schedule requirements: Part-Time or Full-Time between 7am-8pm CST Monday-Friday and weekends. Earn starting pay at $16/hr and up based on ABA experience/training. What You Have Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment). Eligibility to work in the United States. Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings. The ability to pass a background check. Not to mention, it’s a plus if you: Are bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency. Studied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field. Have experience working with children, whether as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or some other form of childcare. What You’ll Be Doing Gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting. Creating lasting, positive change for children and their families. Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs. Job Type Full-time Description POSITION TITLE: Vice President of Human Resources REPORTS TO: President POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION: This position will partner with Kondex senior management in developing HR initiatives to support business plans and objectives; will be vital in defining HR strategies and creating programs and processes that will foster a positive and vibrant environment for associate attraction and retention consistent with the culture, values and beliefs of the Company. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Function as a member of the senior management team, being a strong advocate of HR while assisting and advising the senior team on HR matters. Provide one-on-one coaching to management to help resolve problems, strengthen their management skills and solidify Kondex cultural values. 2. Provide leadership in talent attraction by ensuring the most creative and innovative ways of generating high-quality candidates are utilized. Ensure long term relationships are developed that will enhance the talent flow to meet Kondex growth and organizational priorities. 3. Lead organization and leadership development efforts including structure, succession planning, talent assessment, team building, training, and mentoring. 4. Requirements MINIMUM TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business, or relevant discipline. Fifteen years of progressive HR experience in a similar culture including recruitment and retention, organizational development, succession planning, executive coaching and counseling, and associate relations. Strategic engagement at the human resource and business levels in a growth environment. Experience in maintaining an organization as an employer of choice. Experience with building and supervising a Human Resource team. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. PREFERRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant Advanced Degree Experience with compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance. Experience in a manufacturing company.
