Maintenance/Route Driver Abts Equipment LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Route Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering cleaning supplies and udder health products, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting our equipment reliability program. Responsibilities Deliver cleaning supplies and udder health products to customers. Diagnose, repair, and replace or install parts as needed. Organize and implement a preventative maintenance program and schedule to maximize reliability and safety of all equipment. Establish standards, procedures, and performance measurements for continuous improvement. Plan ahead for chemical and supply needs to prevent downtime. Comply with company policies and procedures. Communicate equipment conditions by completing maintenance records and informing management of significant problems. Perform routine preventive maintenance procedures as per schedule. Ensure accurate and timely completion of scheduled maintenance items. Update all relevant parties of any issues or changes. Follow all environmental, sanitation, and work instruction protocols. Qualifications and Education Requirements Experience in a dairy or milking parlor environment. Ability to work a full day shift and operate within milking parlor conditions. Competent in using a tablet and understanding related applications. Valid CDL with HAZMAT endorsement. Strong work ethic and effective communication skills. Interpersonal skills necessary for working with dairymen. Ability to manage performance and build a strong, collaborative team. Commitment to safety culture, continuous improvement, and accountability.
