Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician Monitor patient health and document medical records accurately Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for detained patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and legal regulations Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in emergency medical situations and triage Capability to handle stressful and unpredictable conditions Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
