Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver senior-level hands‑on technical services. Lead troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation efforts in customer environments. Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain and expand advanced technical skills relevant to RavenTek’s core service offerings. Complete internal training, certifications, and product knowledge‑building aligned with RavenTek offerings (e.g., Armis, Splunk, Riverbed). Contribute to solution development, technical playbooks, and reusable processes. Support and sometimes lead scoping sessions, technical assessments, and discovery calls. Provide senior‑level technical input for proposals, ROM estimates, and solution designs. Support POCs, demos, and virtual lab maintenance as needed. Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period. Submit Monthly Status Reports on a regular basis, as required. Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis and respond accordingly. Complete required compliance training as assigned. Special Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level clearance. Work Environment Employee will primarily work remotely in a professional home office environment with standard computer and communications equipment.
