What You Will Need to Be Successful Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst or similar role. Experience with APIs, Agile/Scrum methodology, and web-based platforms. Proficiency in mockups, wireframes, and prototypes. Strong facilitation and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Project Management experience. QA background with full-cycle testing and traceability. Scrum training or certifications. Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
