Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Representative must have above‑average interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast‑paced production environment. The CSR assists other team members in the successful delivery of the certification for manufactured housing. The CSR is responsible for supporting delivery processes on time by ensuring outstanding customer service and timely data and document collection, per the guidelines established for the Services department.This position works a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Punctuality is very important.This position is paid by the Hour. The maximum hourly rate is $17.50. Hourly rate offered will be commensurate with qualifications.This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on successful execution of specified performance factors.Customer Service Representative must be customer service oriented, career‑minded, and able to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
