Job Description: Addison Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist on behalf of our client to support a high-volume, fast-moving team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where priorities can shift daily and tasks vary across administrative and data-focused responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Enter, organize, and maintain contact and text-based data within Excel spreadsheets (no advanced formulas required) Reformat and revise documents in Microsoft Word, including rsums, project summaries, and written content Manage electronic files by creating folder structures and maintaining consistent naming conventions Coordinate with internal team members to collect and verify professional and project-related information Schedule internal meetings and assist with tracking conferences and event calendars Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed to meet team deadlines Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of administrative or office experience in a professional setting Strong data entry and document management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe PDF Ability to multitask and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new processes and taking on unfamiliar tasks Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing work accurately and on time Education: Degree not required Perks: Short-term contract with immediate start Exposure to a collaborative marketing and sales environment Opportunity to strengthen administrative and data management skills Addison Group support throughout the assignment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
