Strong knowledge of job cost accounting, construction billing, and percentage of completion accounting methods. Experience with construction industry software (e.g., Foundation, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial team members. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
