What You Will Do Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Lead workshops, interviews, and sessions to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and refine requirements based on business drivers and timelines. Define business dependencies and system intricacies across integrated platforms. Solution Design & Delivery Guide the development and implementation of business solutions. Perform data mapping and define integration points between platforms. Document feature sets and validate functionality with QA teams. Lead User Acceptance Testing and ensure successful operational handoff. Process Improvement & Automation Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities. Reengineer workflows to improve automation potential and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Project Collaboration & Communication Partner with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks, resources, and timelines. Track and communicate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions. Participate in status meetings and leadership activities. What You Will Need to Be Successful Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst or similar role. Experience with APIs, Agile/Scrum methodology, and web-based platforms. Proficiency in mockups, wireframes, and prototypes. Strong facilitation and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Project Management experience. QA background with full-cycle testing and traceability. Scrum training or certifications. Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Proficiency in Visio, Excel, JIRA, Confluence.
