System Service & Engineering , a Fidelity Building Services Group company, is seeking an experienced HVAC Chiller Technician to join our growing team!

In this role, you will service, maintain, repair, and overhaul large-tonnage chiller systems ranging from 70 to 600 tons, manufactured by Carrier, McQuay, Trane, and York. Our clients span multiple industries — including healthcare, hospitality, industrial, retail, and property management — where reliability and performance are critical.
Duties
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers.
Conduct refrigerant conversions, ASHRAE-15 plant upgrades, and system overhauls.
Execute preventive maintenance and emergency repair services.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and client expectations.
Maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and skill development programs.
Qualifications
5–10 years of commercial or industrial HVAC/R experience (preferred)
Proven experience with centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
