We are currently seeking a licensed and specialized therapist to join our established and thriving practice in Ashburn, VA with a collaborative clinical community across Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington, DC, Virginia, and Florida.
Why CCG
At CCG, we are intentional about who we serve and how we serve them. Our brand promises guide everything we do:
We match clients with the right therapist, every time
We only provide treatment in areas of true clinical expertise
We deliver customized, evidence-based therapy that supports real progress
This same philosophy extends to our clinicians. We believe excellent care happens when therapists feel supported, respected, and empowered to practice within their specialties.
The Role
This is a full-time clinical position (25–30 clients per week) ideal for clinicians who value depth over volume and are passionate about working within a specialized, evidence-based framework.
We are particularly interested in clinicians who:
Have a specialty or strong interest in modalities such as DBT, EMDR, and/or Gottman-informed therapy
Enjoy working with couples, or are interested in expanding their couples work
Bring strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and personal effectiveness to their work
Either have existing advanced training or are motivated to pursue additional specialization
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality outpatient therapy aligned with your clinical interests and expertise
Work collaboratively with a seasoned multidisciplinary team
Participate in a culture that values consultation, growth, and ethical excellence
Practice within a model that prioritizes clinical integrity, not overbooking or burnout
What We Offer
Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your caseload
Opportunities to work with individuals, couples, families, children/adolescents, and groups, based on your interests
Competitive compensation, with health benefits and 401(k) options for employees
Robust administrative support (marketing, billing, scheduling, intake coordination) so you can focus on clinical work
Comfortable, furnished office space and/or the option for remote work
A supportive, collegial environment with experienced clinicians who value collaboration
Ongoing training, consultation, and ethical/legal support
Clinical support and supervision as needed
Our Culture
Clinical excellence and evidence-based care
Specialization and continued learning
Community, connection, and mutual respect
A growth mindset grounded in integrity and compassion
We take our work seriously—and we believe therapy teams can be both highly professional and deeply human.
