Licensed Behavioral Health Professional - Fort Supply
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) in Fort Supply is recruiting Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to provide professional behavioral health services at an inpatient facility. Services include assessments, psychotherapy, and support for recovery and wellness with a designated population. The LBHP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in service. Duties are primarily performed in an inpatient setting, with possible minimal involvement in mental health crisis services.
Job Type / Salary
Full-time position
Annual Salary: $66,000 - $71,000 (based on experience, tenure and certification)
Licensure Candidate - Under Supervision: $66,000 ($31.73 hourly)
Licensed Behavioral Health Professional: $71,000 ($34.13 hourly)
FLSA Status: Exempt
Typical work hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday

Minimum Qualifications And Experience
LBHP: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field; licensed to practice in the state by one of the following boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH).
LCBHP: Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field; actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if the board’s supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the aforementioned boards.
