Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative will support daily customer operations by managing order entry, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate account information. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting sales growth through account management and follow-ups. The position works closely with the Regional Manager and cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, improve processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and verify customer orders
Handle customer calls, emails, quotes, and issue resolution (including RMAs)
Conduct post-sale and quote follow-ups
Manage customer accounts and update CRM systems
Partner with Regional Manager to prioritize tasks and workflow
Perform customer needs analysis and recommend solutions
Run reports and maintain accurate documentation
Support quality standards and assist in training new employees
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
13 years of customer service experience required
Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous technical or customer service experience preferred
