True North Builders, Inc is seeking a
Project Superintendent
for upcoming high‑finish commercial and custom home projects.
The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, can manage multiple subcontractors and is experienced in this line of work.
Project sizes range from $2‑$20M.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the on‑site activities of a specific construction project(s)
Ensure a safe working environment
Develop and maintain the project schedule
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
Maintain daily site records such as daily reports, as‑builts, and other required documentation
Produce regular updates for the Owner and other team members
Qualifications:
Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in this position.
Experience with high finish construction
Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software
Familiarity with other software such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam
Strong leadership & organizational qualities
Deadline and detail oriented
Must have a valid drivers license, drug free, and pass a background check
A positive attitude is a must
