Submits the clinical notes timely utilizing an electronic medical record. Completes the Time Slip recording as indicated by RN. III COMMUNICATION Reports observations of patient's clinical changes, treatment responses and home situation to the supervising RN and/Case Manager. Maintains confidentiality of client information adhering to HIPAA regulation. Coordinates physician-ordered patient care activities with the RN Field Supervisor. Inventories and orders supplies as needed. Provides CCI with monthly availability in a timely manner. IV PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS Maintains a professional standard of conduct and projects a positive image of the agency at all times. Complies with infection control and safety policies and procedures.
