Job Overview:
As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise daily nursing operations and ensure quality care delivery in accordance with federal and state guidelines. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care and maintain documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer and document medications and treatments
Support residents with daily needs and encourage independence
Promote high standards of geriatric care and resident dignity
Engage and educate families on care plans and support
Completing assessments and charting
Qualifications:
Active LPN or RN license in the state of Arkansas
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
