Duties and Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurs e (LPN) , your responsibilities include:

Monitoring patients’ conditions and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.

Observing and interpreting patients’ symptoms and communicating them to physicians.

Collaborating with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.

Performing routine procedures, such as measuring blood pressure and administering injections, and documenting all findings in patients’ charts.

Adjusting and administering medications and treatments based on physician orders.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will need:

A South Carolina LPN License (multi-state license acceptable).

A willingness to work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) on a rotating track schedule.

Previous experience with PointClickCare or in skilled nursing (helpful but not required).

New grads are welcome to apply.
