Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans Conduct stimulus preference assessments Collect data Maintain the client's program book Develop/create teaching materials Provide basic care to clients (e.g., toileting, eating) Discuss clients' daily progress with parents/caretakers Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients Ensure the well-being of all clients Maintain and update professional knowledge through continuing education Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Valid and active RBT credential on the BACB website Previous experience working with children; ASD experience preferred Must be at least 18 years old High School diploma or equivalent Reliable and consistent schedule availability Access to reliable transportation Physical ability to perform job tasks (e.g., sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, running with children); ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds Benefits may include, but are not limited to: Paid sick time off 401(k) plan (eligibility required) Free CEUs Discounts on movies, amusement parks, hotels, and more About Children's Specialized ABA Children's Specialized ABA is a multidisciplinary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider dedicated to supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
