D365 Analyst

We’re seeking a D365 Analyst who is passionate, professional, and driven to meet (and exceed!) their goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations and related applications Support all activities related to School Health business units utilizing organizational supply chain management business applications including ERP system and all supplementary systems Work directly with business users to define current business requirements and help implement solutions utilizing the organizational supply chain business applications Create technical design documents and work directly with software developers to help implement new system customizations and functionality Test newly released system functionality and in-house customizations to better support defined business needs Help train business users on D365FO applications functionality and processes Collaborate with project teams through analysis, development, and deployment phases Interface with customer project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to elicit business and functional requirements
Physical Requirements/Experience/Job Knowledge:
Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude, strong work ethic, passion, and reliability Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Demonstrated mastery in of D365 F&O Intermediate knowledge of distribution best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills
