Establish detailed information to supports bi-annual construction budget updates. Determine and communicate contract requirements for creation of Work Orders. Collect, organize and hand off critical budget, schedule, design and site related information to Construction Manager. Collect, organize, apply and hand off lessons learned to design, preconstruction and construction teams to achieve continuous improvement across the entire program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience. • 5+ years of experience in data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction), mission critical facilities or equivalent which may require occasional travel, sometimes unplanned. • Experience of end to end project delivery. • Ability to develop new concepts through exploration, design, testing and into deployment/mass production.
