Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial lending loans, ranging between 30 to 80 loans under > $2MM in loan size that include all specific product types. Keep ahead of market trends in all product lines, ensuring that Oak Street Funding is at the forefront of changes and trends. Understand and communicate regarding loan collateral and related contracts, including loan documents and financials. Evaluate performance each month on assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with loan model and guidelines.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis, compliance, performance, and cash flow assessments for Oak Street Lines of Business. Provide analysis results and Month End reporting package to Management. Monitor and service multiple loans independently with minimal supervision. Review UCC filings for UCC perfection to ensure collateral is protected. Perform Pre-Close introduction calls before loan funding explaining post-close requirements and Servicing’s role throughout the life of the loan. Work directly with borrowers to monitor and manage their loan portfolio, analyze financial statements, review collateral tracking performance, and answer borrower questions. Communicate with Management and Underwriting Team on covenant requirements. Ensure all cash collateral accounts are sufficiently funded and reconciled daily, including monitoring and updating Servicing Logs. Review and process CCA releases per Loan Document requirements to borrowers daily. Utilize financial software tools to prepare, import, and analyze policy-level detail and reconcile to cash for assigned portfolio. Complete checklist requirements for Funding, New Loan review, Amendments, and Payoffs associated with Account Managers assigned portfolio. Create, follow up, and update Tracking Rules associated with Account Managers assigned portfolio. Perform various functions on the Online banking system, including balance reports, ACH creation, and wire creation. Work with Legal/Collection department to ensure defaults are cured within guidelines. Collaborate with Underwriting/Sales Team to provide recommendations for refinances, interest-only extensions, and amendments. Work with Sales and Underwriting Teams to improve efficiencies through enhanced processes. Create and develop efficiencies within the Servicing Department. Responsible for mail.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
Entry Level Account Manager; preference for minimum 2 years experience in banking, Insurance, CPA, RIA, or Franchise banking related field. Proficiency in mathematical concepts applicable to practical situations. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and techniques. Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Products. Strong time management skills. Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience preferred.

Manage activities impacting the organization from a customer portfolio perspective. Loan Portfolio ranges from simple to complex Core relationships, typically less than $2MM.

Physical Requirements
Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs. Occasionally stands and walks. Frequently sits. Must be able to travel to FFB locations when needed.
