Technology and Approach: Employs advanced AI algorithms to identify unfulfilled patient referrals. Utilizes patient clinical data alongside automated communication methods (text, phone, voice messages, email) to engage and assist patients.
Services Offered: A dedicated concierge team ensures patients: Understand the care they need. Have appointments scheduled. Are financially cleared for services.
Additional support includes: Insurance verification and prior authorizations. Patient cost estimation and good faith estimates. Registration, scheduling, and system integration support.
Value Proposition: Helps healthcare organizations identify and act on missed referral opportunities. Streamlines patient access and enhances revenue recovery while improving patient care engagement.
Position Responsibilities:
Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts within the healthcare industry. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and cold-calling potential customers. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospects about the company's products and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics, for management review.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management. Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders and build relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a constant eye for opportunities in innovation and disruption. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a regional territory and travel as needed. Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
