Duties/Responsibilities
Accountable for high inherent risk processes, functions, and systems that fall within the company’s SOX governance framework. Plays an integral role in supporting the strategic and tactical objectives of the Treasury Management business segment as well as the organization as a whole, and is intimately involved in the day-to-day services provided to Huntington’s Commercial and Business Banking clients. Provides corporate-wide leadership and governance for Enterprise Payment Operations and the Funds Movement Governance Program, including responsibility for oversight of end-to-end processes (from origination through settlement) of funds movement transactions originated by customers and colleagues. Provides oversight of Account Reconcilement (ARP), Account Analysis, ACH Operations, Wire Transfer Operations, Cash Vault Services, Lockbox Operations, Remote Deposit Capture, and Treasury Management Implementation Operations.
Preferred Qualifications
8-10 years of experience managing a multi-functional operations team. CTP or similar Industry Certification (preferred) Provides thought leadership, Strategic planning, and Staff development for the Treasury Management Ops business segment. Provides training, guidance, and staff development in product knowledge, data management, business analysis, and strategic planning.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Ability to work with a virtual team to deliver a comprehensive strategy Demonstrated ability to successfully introduce new business strategies. Demonstrated/proven leadership skills. Proven track record setting strategic direction for a large, cross-functional operations team Strong written and verbal communication skills.
