Monitor the appropriate completion of documentation by physical therapy assistants and home health aides/personal care workers as part of the supervisory/leadership responsibility. Accurately, promptly and thoroughly document patients' care observations, interventions and evaluations. Assure that interim (verbal) orders received from the physician and physical therapist are promptly and accurately documented, submitted for physician signature and implemented Report patient's progress to the patient's physician, Clinical Manager, staff, patient and family. Submit evaluation, treatment plans, progress reports and discharge summary to the supervisor and care management staff. Qualifications Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics. The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling. Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation. Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets. Experience of creating and executing in-store events. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Pay Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is $53,900.00 to $100,100.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
