Our micro-business; Victory Improvement Projects, LLC is an incubator for learning, which our students have used to discover the importance of hard work while earning a wage. Our goal is to teach more than job skills, we are building work ethic. Job Description: The VIP Site Leader will assist the Business Manager in all duties involved in our small business. He/she must be willing to carry out job responsibilities while training and mentoring our students in the aspects of their assigned projects.
