Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. NMC Health is looking for a Director at our Park City Occupational Medicine Clinic who collaborates with the Vice-President, Chief Medical Officer, clinic physicians, and other clinic and hospital leadership to assess, develop, and evaluate domains of patient care populations ranging from wellness and prevention to living with complex or chronic health problems. The right candidate will have previous experience in overseeing an Occupational Medicine Department to ensure compliance with regulations facilitating effective multidisciplinary care team management that produces a positive “patient experience of care.” Additionally, the right candidate utilizes and designs environments of effective clinical and patient-centered informatics, utilizes knowledge of effective queries and registries to design care for specific populations, implements effective care navigation, uses chronic care bundles, and develops lifetime care plans and programs for health maintenance and restoration for persons with acute and chronic illness.
