Business Systems Manager

ROLE We seek a Business Systems Manager to lead the integration of our internal technology systems to support business operations and drive growth. This role requires a proactive, technically savvy individual with strong business acumen willing to grow with the company. They will be responsible for managing, aligning, and optimizing our CRM, web, project management tools, e-commerce platforms, and other internal systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Management and Optimization: Lead the implementation and enhancement of all business-related systems including internally developed systems, Zoho CRM, Trello project management software, various e-commerce platforms, and other systems. Strategic System Alignment: Ensure tools and systems align with the company’s strategic objectives to support growth and efficiency. Technical Support and Training: Provide internal technical support and organize training sessions to ensure optimal use of systems within the team. Project Management: Lead and manage technology-related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting business needs. Data Management and Security: Responsibility for the integrity and security of company data across all platforms. Vendor Management: Negotiate with software vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective technology resources. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve business processes through technology, recommending enhancements and innovations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applications: Demonstrated expert-level knowledge and implementation experience with Zoho One, specifically the Zoho CRM platform, is required. Experience: Minimum 5 years managing integration of all business systems in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Technical Skills: Strong general knowledge of other CRM systems, project management tools, e-commerce platforms, web platforms (WordPress), and other business systems. Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business needs into detailed system requirements and well-integrated, efficient solutions. Problem-solving: Excellent ability to quickly address issues, implement preventative measures, and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field plus demonstrated continuous learning. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to work effectively with distributed teams.
