Your crew You‘ll join a dynamic team where your role will involve ensuring smooth and timely delivery of our top-notch products. We are currently in an exciting transformation where we are growing a Tech Hub in Portugal. Together, we are a diverse team with different backgrounds and personalities, but we are all connected. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Your Mission
Manage and update recruiting list Gather all necessary data from hiring manager, timely preparation, and publishing of job ads in SuccessFactors Regular active screening of candidates according to the needs of the job description (languages, experience, education…) and legal/company requirements (e.g., ITAR, work permits, salary benchmarks), including communication with authorities regarding work permits Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media and professional networks) when necessary (after 2-3 weeks without candidates or for strictly confidential positions) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews Participate in HR interviews (and other parts upon request and role) Negotiate candidate salaries to fit the provided BG benchmark Communicate with candidates Support in all matters related to recruiting and onboarding Drive employer branding initiatives together with other responsible parties Participate in P&C projects (especially regarding recruiting, onboarding, and employer branding) Provide statistics and reports when requested by Supervisor and Business Partners Organize and/or support organization, attend fairs and events, ensuring the right human resources are in place Provide all necessary data in high quality to the P&C generalists team for the onboarding process (incl. GTS (sanction lists via SAP), work permits, ITAR, and all relevant forms)
Your Story:
Full proficiency in English Highly organized and service-oriented Great negotiation skills At least two years of working experience as a recruiter in a similar industry Fully proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite Nice to have: Any additional language Studies in Psychology Behavioral competencies relevant for thriving and succeeding in the position Great communication skills Friendly and assertive with candidates and managers to ensure BG goals are achieved and BG guidelines are followed Sales-oriented, able to convince suitable candidates of the company and vision
