MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Benefits · Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more) · Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; retirement savings · Relocation assistance and paid training provided · Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Paving Foreman - Duties and Responsibilities Knowledge and Support of Driver Safety & Risk Management program. Specifically responsible for contributing to care factor & culture of safety program with employees. Interact with customers as needed to understand expected scope of work and to develop and expand customer relationships. Evaluate and measure pavement to determine the scope of work as outlined on the work order. Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all crew members, subcontractors, equipment and utilize corrective action to keep the project on time and on budget. Engage in open communication with the Superintendent(s), and report any issues which could affect the project plan. Promote a team approach and maintain dialogue with all employees to exchange information and gather ideas. Plan work in an efficient and effective order, maximizing progress in a safe and timely manner. Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met. Ensure company equipment is operated, cared for, maintained and used effectively.

General Responsibilities: You will be working outdoors in the summer months so temperatures can be extreme. Must not be afraid to operate a shovel or rake. Must have a valid driver’s license with a favorable motor vehicle record. Capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying heavy objects (50+ lbs), walk and stand for long periods of time, and perform physical labor under adverse conditions.
