We are growing fast and looking for talent who share our passions. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our team in Huntsville. The AE will play a critical role in supporting and growing our advertising business locally and throughout Alabama. The ideal candidate will be a proven advertising sales professional with a passion for digital media, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to supporting the greater Huntsville community. Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation
Build strong, trusting relationships with existing clients and the community at large. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities through leads, cold calls, networking, and referrals. Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and marketing needs. Develop tailored proposals using Hville Blast, Bham Now, The Bama Buzz and extended CTV platforms to meet client objectives. Deliver persuasive and engaging value propositions to prospects. Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with insights to maximize results. Handle accurate invoicing and ensure timely payments. Exhibit a positive, collaborative attitude that motivates the team. Possess a strong work ethic to ensure clients are supported. Listen intently and ask educated questions of prospects, clients and team. Set your clients up for success with strong and thorough connections with content and operations. Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and share with leadership. Address client or operational challenges with solutions‑oriented approaches. Participate in team initiatives and assist colleagues when needed. Master tools of the trade including Monday, Quickbooks, Excel and other as needed. Expertise in Digital Media Frequent consumer of digital media including ours. Demonstrate strong consultative selling skills based on our product offerings. Master our media products and services to craft effective advertising proposals. What You Bring Demonstrated sales success in similar role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (minimum 3.0 GPA). Experience: 3‑5 years of proven success in advertising sales, preferably in digital media. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and persuasive presentation abilities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Detail‑oriented and highly organized. Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Passion: Strong appreciation for digital media, marketing, and communications. What We Offer Compensation Guaranteed base salary.
