Responsibilities

Perform monthly general ledger close through to the trial balance Prepare and record monthly journal entries Maintain monthly prepayment and amortization schedules, including leases Maintain monthly bank reconciliations Prepare journal entries for required reclassifications and monthly accruals Prepare monthly account analysis and reconciliations Perform monthly corporate credit card reconciliations Ensure A/P invoices, expenses, check requests, etc. are processed accurately and timely Compile materials for year-end financial statements and tax planning for outside accounting firm Address other matters as may be assigned by the Finance Director Identify and resolve financial discrepancies. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.

Experience
