Overview
Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team onsite in our Columbus, OH headquarters to help monitor Rogue social media channels and engagement. This position will assist the social media team in carrying out day-to-day tasks. This position requires work to be done in person - with a hybrid option possible. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Social media planning, brainstorming content ideas and execution Posting and monitoring across multiple social media platforms Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy. Strong copywriting skills Collaborate across Creative teams to produce visually appealing content for campaigns Ensure consistent brand imagery and messaging across multiple channels including social and email Community Management and social listening across all Rogue social media accounts worldwide Partner closely with the customer service team to help address comments, questions, and complaints Stay up to date with current and emerging social media platforms, functions, algorithm updates, and trends Proactively share industry updates with the larger team
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media or related field preferred Knowledge of social media trends and platforms Written and verbal communication skills A creative thinker Accuracy and attention to detail Positive Attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Rogue Fitness is an equal opportunity employer.
