Full-time: Work schedule is normally Monday – Friday 0730-1630 Minimum Requirements:
The employee shall possess a Bachelor or Science degree in a biological science or medical field, with at least five (5) years’ work experience in one of these fields. The employee shall possess excellent organizational, management, and communications skills including writing ability. The employee shall be proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel. The employee shall have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information. NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with military and medical terminology, military medical research. Minimum one year experience as an associate investigator in medical research. Experience in en-route care, aeromedical evacuation, or aeromedical operations research.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
The employee shall assist RH staff in the development of research initiatives in accordance with customer need. The employee shall update/conduct review of scientific literature relevant to RH research initiatives and communicate best evidence to individuals, groups, and colleagues. The employee shall support experimental planning, protocol execution, and data collection, coding, and analysis. The employee shall support development and reporting of competitive, well-written, full drafts of research proposals, paper publications, technical reports, and presentations. The employee shall assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of protocol-related documents to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs). The employee shall support the preparation and execution of program initiatives, or other work as required, at the direction and input of RH staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
