This Project Coordinator role will be responsible for developing quick, high level resolution to our customer's warranty related issues. This role will work within the Siemens SI EA business unit and will support products such as: medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgears, transformers, e-houses and others. This position is a hybrid role located in Wendell, NC. You'll make an impact as you: Lead high level customer resolution by orchestrating interactions between engineering, research and development, project management, sales, manufacturing and other departments. Ensure track and manage multiple warranty cases. Close them on-time identifying priorities. Provide proactive communication on Case status to internal and external stakeholders. Devise solution driven approaches to expedite and manage timely closure of Warranty cases. Follow and adhere to customer defined contractual timeline to respond to cases and providing daily/weekly updates. Engage proactively with Project Management, Engineering, Quality, Application engineering, Logistics, Factories as well as other teams. Work with our factories and quality teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Improve departmental processes by reviewing best practices and looking for ways to improve the overall structure through efficiency enhancements and other methods. Provide frequent updates to all stakeholders during the correction steps for the customer. Work closely with field service teams and vendors to align on materials and methods of correction. Demonstrate ownership in driving resolution for our customers in a timely fashion and in addition, also performing resolution in the most cost-effective way to ensure visibility of after delivery cost reduction for Siemens. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 1+ years of project management or customer service experience within a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly understand and communicate progress and status to Internal and external stakeholders. Ability to interpret and communicate clear results to varying levels from executive management, PMO leadership as well as customers. Self-motivated with customer orientation and a clear growth mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and control. Ability to travel up to 20% nationally with the possibility of international when applicable to resolve high profile customer issues. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in the Power Distribution sector. Experience with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project / Primavera and proficiency in SAP / Salesforce.com. Experience managing construction software like BIM, COMPASS, ProCore Etc. You'll benefit from: Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
