Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments for talent acquisition and development. Design and implement mental health and wellness programs for corporate clients. Collaborate with HR specialists to integrate psychological insights into recruitment and retention strategies. Provide executive coaching and development based on psychological principles. Develop and refine proprietary assessment tools tailored to organizational needs. Offer consultancy on organizational development and employee well-being. Stay updated on the latest research in organizational psychology and apply it to practice. Qualifications
Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology (preferably Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology). Additional certifications in executive coaching or business psychology are a plus. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a corporate or clinical setting, focusing on psychological assessments and interventions. Experience in executive coaching or organizational development is preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs. Salary Range
