We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Construction Coordinator to join our team in Liberty, New York . In this role, you will work on exciting projects in the energy and utility sectors as part of a dynamic, people-focused team where your expertise and contributions are valued. Role Responsibilities Work closely with Construction Managers and the Project Team Assist with managing the construction of electric substations, distribution lines, generation upgrades, and other projects in the area Execute work orders and inspections Supervise contractors and ensure projects are completed correctly Establish and manage construction materials and review material plans Maintain safety awareness and ensure contractors comply with safety policies and procedures Coordinate field inspections and sign-offs for construction projects Collaborate with management to resolve problems and coordinate activities with Construction Managers Ensure projects and resources stay within scope, schedule, and budget Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements (CIP, FERC, NERC, and related standards) Training and guidance will be provided by the Projects Team What We’re Looking For Minimum five (5) years of progressive electric utility industry experience with transmission facilities construction management Two (2) years of college is preferred Construction Project Engineer background is a plus Distribution line work experience required MS Suite proficiency with strong Excel skills Knowledge of NRA clearances and switching orders is beneficial Ability to review project plans, specifications, contract enforcement, and applicable technical standards (OSHA and regulatory statutes) Experience in electrical utility transmission UV/OV and civil construction Current US work authorization and valid US driver's license in good standing Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience Knowledge of GPS systems and SAP is preferred Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings and convey interpretations to contractors Problem-solving skills with limited guidance Strong computer and administrative skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $40–$45 per hour
