How you will make an impact Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach by supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first. Proactively rounds with staff on neighborhood and identifies positive execution of duties as well as areas of opportunities. Collaborating with other departments (dining, general services, housekeeping, programming, social worker, etc.) in a professional manner to deliver safe, quality, and person-centered care. Collaborating with Clinical Manager and Staff Education & Training Coordinator in planning and evaluating staff education needs. Leading shift meetings to review new policies, processes, or standards. What you will need Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in continuing care or assisted living facility. CPR certification required. Experienced documenting in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
