Job Responsibilities Proactively develop strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales target goals through precise planning, execution, and optimization of channel operations and resources. Develop channel policies by aligning FOTILE product features with platform characteristics, including product strategies, partner incentives, and deductions. Create and implement channel strategy maps and operational plans following evaluation to achieve annual channel sales goals. Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging e-commerce trends. Provide actionable insights and contribute to annual channel strategy development based on customer preferences and channel positioning. Become a subject matter expert on platform standards, regulations, and entry requirements. Formulate platform entry strategies and recommend timely adjustments to internal teams and third-party agencies as needed. Identify and break down channel operation objectives based on the company’s overall sales strategy and channel strategy map, monitor and resolve discovered channel abnormalities to achieve the annual sales goals of assigned channels. Collect and analyze e-commerce data (including sales results, social media traffic, user feedback, operational efficiency, etc.) through platform backend data analysis tools, provide insights to key stakeholders, and drive strategy optimization to maximize channel sales and operation outcomes. Assist the E-commerce Manager in conducting business cooperation negotiations, utilizing agreement policies to gain more favorable site resources from the platform, and optimizing operational quality to facilitate sales task achievement. Maintain and optimize brand pages on assigned channels through accurate layout design, effective display, and updated page content to improve user experience and conversion rate goal. Conduct regular channel business conditions analysis, focusing on P&L statement, operation experience, proposing channel operation optimization or exit plans, and implementing after evaluation. Develop and implement platform-specific product strategies, including product selection, inventory planning, and competitive analysis. Leverage customer feedback to improve channel appeal, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Plan and execute annual promotion strategies aligned with platform marketing calendars. Track real-time data to evaluate campaign performance, optimize activities, and secure key promotional resources. Manage, monitor, and evaluate user portraits, reviews, and feedback to provide an optimized user experience, and establish a membership system for loyal and high-value consumers. Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including the customer service team on user review and satisfaction management, the logistic team on inventory management and return & exchange planning, the marketing team on traffic exposure increase, and the finance team on client payment collection and price updates. Manage and strengthen relationships with external partners, including platform contacts and third-party agencies. Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, maintain brand integrity, and oversee timely and accurate channel updates. Implement general platform support management, including sales order fulfillment in OMS, platform contract and agreement documentation, regular account status checking, product listing review, etc. Ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, marketing, business, or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of experience in large E-commerce Channels (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) Management preferred. English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred. Experience with the Electric Home Appliance catalog is a plus. Familiarity with demand planning, catalog management systems (e.g., Shopify), and digital marketing strategies. Strong supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills. Strong project management skills, especially related to e-commerce and marketplace management. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales trends and implement optimizations. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
