Create current and future process maps within a specific area of technology or business unit, to show improvement opportunities for optimization or automation. Establish collaborative partnerships with vendors, mid-management stakeholders, delivery teams, and sr. PMO members to deliver work. Support PMO and delivery team/s during implementation as a Voice of the Customer to maintain integrity and clarity of requirements based on pre-defined delivery model (waterfall, agile, hybrid). Provide Change Management support on project training needs by creating user manuals and/or standard operating procedures. Collect and analyze project data/results to support key project metrics (value management). Provide support to Portfolio team to document sub-investments for Business Case Development. Provide post-implementation support during hypercare/warranty period, hindsighting, and project download and closure. Develop and apply knowledge for a specific business area or technology fundamentals. Demonstrate adaptive vertical or horizontal approach to business, functional, and technical requirements management based on defined delivery approach of working team/s, i.e. waterfall, agile, hybrid. Provide tactical input into process improvements within Business Analysis team framework and standards. Execute against key decisions; may provide recommendations to influence key decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years Business Analysis experience required, with technical retail work experience preferred. Experience with requirements management, traceability, business/system process modeling and documentation techniques (such as use cases, scenarios, user stories, business rules, context diagrams, etc.). Solid problem-solving skills and analytic capabilities, with ability to quickly adapt to new situations as they arise. Experience working on small to medium scale projects or program workstreams involving cross-functional teams and external vendors. Must be highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular focus on leadership influence and partner alignment. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, work well independently and within a team environment. Thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving, high-pressure environment. Proficiency in any of the following tools a plus: Atlassian Jira, Confluence; Diagramming – Miro, Visio, etc.; Microsoft 365; ServiceNow platform - SPM module.
