Move major gift prospects through a donor pipeline, continually tracking "touches/actions" in fundraising database and collaborating with other departments. Creates and implements personalized cultivation/stewardship plans to increase engagement with the organization, move donors up the giving ladder, and maximize donor retention. Builds trusting relationships with colleagues, prospects, donors and volunteers, working together to achieve the goals of the organization.
