ABOUT LCI

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Customer Service Representative is to provide customer service with customer recognition to everyone.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
Ft. Stewart, GA - On-Site Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (can vary based on store)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all customer service functions with customer recognition and interface, which is the most critical element. Accurate computerized checkout. Requesting and identifying material from the warehouse and shelf stocking. Store cleanliness both in and outside. Other duties as requested by Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate with one year of relevant work experience. Basic retail knowledge with accuracy in computerized checkout systems. Requires excellent communication skills. Must have interpersonal skills for dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management. Team player.
