Ability to oversee restaurant condition, ensuring compliance with policies and health standards. Commitment to proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness. Experience using P&L and store reports to drive change. Ability to interpret operational documents and manuals. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience is acceptable.
