Learning and Development Consultant
Job Description
The Learning and Development Consultant is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of effective learning programs that support employee development and organizational goals. The role is also responsible for identifying learning needs, developing and implementing learning programs, evaluating program effectiveness, and continuously improving learning initiatives. The role works collaboratively with key stakeholders, such as HR business partners, subject matter experts, and leaders, to ensure that learning initiatives align with business objectives and support the development of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. The role utilizes learning technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and other e-learning platforms, to design and deliver effective learning programs and track learner progress. #J-18808-Ljbffr
