Job Summary: NWS is seeking a driven and analytical individual to spearhead our e-commerce efforts and optimize our online presence. As the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will oversee our e-commerce platform, execute impactful digital marketing campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to elevate our digital capabilities. Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings, including product uploads, page management, and SEO. Track, analyze, and report on website traffic and conversion rates. Conduct regular audits of the e-commerce platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information. Oversee the HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead generation and email marketing campaigns. Assist with email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales. Maintain and organize SharePoint hubs for marketing materials, partner documents, and price lists. Plan, execute, and analyze Google and LinkedIn PPC campaigns. Develop and manage social media strategies to engage audiences and grow online presence.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education or a college diploma 1-2 years of experience managing an e-commerce store, preferably in telecommunications or distribution. 1-2 years of SEO experience. 1-2 years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred). 1-2 years of SharePoint or equivalent platform experience. Strong organizational and project management skills. Physical demands: occasional heavy activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs for event setups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Graphic design experience. Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Google SEO certification.
