Ensure that quotes match releases to production to prevent any billing issues. If quote is not correct, work with the Account Manager of that customer to provide accurate pricing. Calculate weight on deliveries to determine whether delivery scheduling meets customer's requests. Review credits and/or rebill requests from customers to determine whether the request can be processed, then processing in operating systems and providing clear backup documentation. Document any quality issues and decide on how to properly resolve and /or escalate the issue. Review & reconcile projects to determine completion in order to close out a project. Sell and procure additional stock items as needed. Cost control. Working with customers on a variety of issues that impact cost and efficiency. Qualifications: Four-year degree or equivalent experience. Dependable, friendly, positive attitude. Professional appearance. Excellent phone etiquette. SUMMARY Eagle Electrical Services, in Plain City, Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to provide oversight and control of materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage material from the time a purchase order is issued until contract completion. Receive material, inspect, sort and stage by job/system/location. Coordinate delivery of all material to jobsites via Foreman needs. Incoming packing slips, scanned and saved to job folder. Outgoing packing slips, scanned and saved to job folder. Process any returns and/or project returned material authorizations (RMA’s).

Familiarity with construction materials and tools helpful. Experience in operating a forklift. Prior experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control.
